Graduate Level - Mastermind Groups

Learning is never a one-time event.  For all 6-month coaching clients and graduates of the Build-A-Budget Workshop, the new Mastermind Groups will help you stay focused, learn new techniques, and see beyond the numbers. 

Groups will be formed based on experience, income, marital status, and other factors to provide the greatest benefit to all participants. 

Membership is by invitation only - you must be a Build-A-Budget Workshop graduate or a 6-month coaching client of mine (or another Dave Ramsey Certified Counselor).

A DISC personality assessment will help you DISCover your particular personality and behavior tendancies.  Your response to 24 groups of words will produce a written profile that will help you learn what motivates you, how you influence others, and your value to the team.  You will find out how your personality style interacts with others, and how you can improve the relationships in your life, both personal and professional.

Your narrative report will vividly describe the intensity level of each of the four major dimensions (D, I, S, and C) of your personality.  DISC is an acronym for these four groups:

D - driven (results oriented)

I - influencer (people oriented)

S - supportive (team oriented)

C - compliant (detail oriented)
